Stratos Fiduciaria began operations in Costa Rica in 2012. Its partners are professionals with extensive experience in trust and escrow services.

The company was founded with the goal of filling a gap in the market, responding to the lack of a fiduciary firm focused on the high-profile corporate and business segment.

Stratos Fiduciaria specializes in creating trust structures, as well as the custody and management of funds, to facilitate complex and sophisticated transactions with a high level of agility and efficiency.

The team at Stratos Fiduciaria brings over 50 years of expertise in managing fiduciary matters and third party funds for both national and international clients.

Esteban Rodríguez Varela

Managing Partner

Esteban has over 20 years of experience in the fiduciary and real estate markets. He previously worked as Trust Director at Stewart Title Costa Rica. He has led the structuring of trusts and fund custody transactions exceeding $2 billion. He currently oversees the firm's overall operations.

Orlando López Pacheco

Managing Partner

With a strong background in the banking and financial sectors, Orlando has been involved in finance and real estate since 1993.

From 2004 to 2012, he held the positions of General Director of Stewart Title Costa Rica and Regional Director for Central America at Stewart Title Latin America.

He has structured numerous trusts, management, and escrow transactions for both national and international banks and financial institutions, totaling over $2 billion. He has also served on the boards of various financial and non-financial companies.

Carolina Chin Zúñiga

Managing Partner

Carolina has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and trust industries. She has participated in the structuring of fiduciary and funds custody totaling more than $500 million.

Angela Rivera Fernández

Associate

Angela has extensive experience in escrow services for the local market. She has over eight years of experience in the legal sector, including corporate law, regulatory compliance, international trade, customs, and real estate law.

Fabiana Delgado Traña

Associate

Fabiana is a legal professional specializing in escrow services. She has operated as an Escrow Agent at Stratos Fiduciaria since 2021, focusing on secure transactions and high legal standards.

Stratos Fiduciaria is duly registered and supervised by SUGEF, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
